When you use our contact form or the site submission form on our Joint Ventures & Vendor Finance page, we collect the name, email address, phone number and project or property details you type into it. The site submission form also records the page it was sent from and, if you arrived from one of our online ads, the campaign details in the ad’s link (such as the source and campaign name) and Google’s click identifier. Your browser keeps those ad details for the length of your visit so they can be attached if you submit the form. Our subdivision, apartment unit and warehouse cost calculators run entirely in your browser: the figures you enter are used to calculate a result on screen and are not sent to us or stored anywhere.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical information for security and reliability, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. To display our pages, your browser also loads fonts from Google Fonts, code libraries from the jsDelivr and cdnjs content delivery networks and, on our About page, partner logos from logo.dev. Those providers receive your IP address and browser details when your browser makes the request.

We advertise with Google Ads. Our pages load the Google tag, which lets Google set cookies and record information such as the ad you clicked, the pages you view on this site and whether you submit an enquiry, so that we can measure which ads are working. Google handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can control how Google personalises ads in My Ad Center, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site does not use any other analytics or advertising trackers.

We use the information you submit through our forms only to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver our services. We use the Google tag data, and the ad details attached to site submissions, to measure which of our ads are working. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Submitting the contact or site submission form sends your details to us using three third-party services, which handle them on our behalf:

• Vercel hosts this website and the server function that receives your submission and passes it on for delivery.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was submitted by a person rather than automated software. It does not see your name, email or message.
• EmailJS delivers your submitted details to our business email inbox, which runs on Google Workspace, where we then hold them.

We do not otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

Vercel, Cloudflare, EmailJS, Google and logo.dev (see its privacy policy) are international providers, so information you submit, or that your browser sends to them, may be stored or processed outside Australia, such as in the United States. If you would rather not have your details handled this way, you can email or phone us instead.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to it and to maintain our business records, and delete it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Form submissions travel to us over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and pass a human-verification check before they are sent on.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@blackark.com.au.
